Shipping and Returns

Shipping

Beauty Supply Canada ships orders on a first come, first served basis.  Orders will be processed within 3 business days.  Beauty Supply Canada does not process or ship orders on holidays and weekends.

Orders under 50lbs qualify for a flat rate of $10.95, over 50lbs $24.95.  Furniture is on a case by case basis dependent on location of delivery, you will be contacted to discuss options prior to your order shipping if an item you have ordered qualifies.

Not all services are available to all areas.  Canada Post shipping is the only available option when the shipping address is a P.O. Box.

Shipping times are based on the individual carrier.  Shipment tracking is provided by the carrier.  Each carrier assigns a unique tracking code to your package once that package is recorded as being in their system, i.e. has actually left our distribution warehouse.  You will receive an email directly from the carrier.  Beauty Supply Canada cannot guarantee the delivery date and time.  

Returns

Returned due to over purchase or wrong selection - Product must be returned in original condition/ packaging within 30 days of original invoice with proof of purchase.  A 20% restocking fee will be applied.  Credit will be applied to same form of payment as the original invoice. 

Merchandise Damaged in Transit - If an item is found to be damaged in transit, defective out of the box, or incorrectly shipped, please contact our order desk at info@beautysupplycanada.com within 48hrs of receiving to report.  Instructions will be given based on the specific situation.

Product is Defective - Product must be returned within the warranty period if the product qualifies.  Product must be returned in original condition/ packaging and not modified.  If returning a liquid product less than ¼ used.  All returns must include a proof of purchase (can be found in account history).

Refund(s) if applicable, will be processed only after the merchandise is returned to our distribution warehouse.
